Scott Rappold General Contracting (SRGC) began it journey in the spring of 1994 taking on projects from small additions and decks to working on large commercial fit-ups. Our skill at producing fine finish work became apparent early on and we decided to focus on our strengths.
After completing many custom homes and numerous additions and renovations; SRGC decided to add commercial construction projects to its repertoire. With an increase in dedicated and skilled manpower we began to produce some nice commercial projects; projects that included renovating a historic municipal office building with the addition of handicap accessibility and a fire rated records storage vault to the construction of a few ambulance service facilities. We also began taking on architectural millwork installations as a way to utilize our strengths and keep our skills sharp. Attention to detail has always been one of our key qualities and we believe it is as important during the beginning of a project and throughout as it is during the finish work.
In a move to broaden our services and enlarge our resources, SRGC has become a member of the Associated General Contractors of America, the International Code Council and the Architectural Woodwork Institute. We are also a registered government contractor, a Certified HUBZone Contractor and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau. SRGC has secured bonding insurance and maintains a strict safety policy to ensure our employees have a safe working environment and the skills to perform their jobs safely.
